Ministry of Civil Aviation will upgrade their air services web portal; Ministry deliberated with stakeholders to design Airsea 2.0

The Ministry of Civil Aviation had organized a meeting of all stakeholders in the last week , suggesting that the design of Airseva 2.0 design , airsearch web portal and the upgraded version of mobile app launched in November last year were invited so that the aircraft To make travel more convenient and hassle-free. Nodal officers of all the stakeholders such as airlines , airports , shipping , customs departments , DGCA etc. participated in the meeting. At the meeting , improve service , enhance features for consumers and a number of important suggestions about the early settlement of complaints. These suggestions are air-conditioned 2.      

 

This meeting was called in view of the success of Air Seva 1.0 , under which nearly 19,000 apps have been downloaded and more than 65,000 hits have been made since the beginning of the web portal  . During this, more than 92 percent complaints were settled within the stipulated time frame.

 

Ministry has launched air services web portal and mobile app on 26.11.2016 to solve various problems faced by travelers . These services enable the subscriber to come through - Live information as well as all flights status can be obtained from a single click. Any service can be searched at any airport through the Flight number and other related information can also be obtained directly from the web portal. This has helped to make the grievance redressal system more transparent and accountable.
